I got let go from job after job. Then I stopped fixing myself and changed how I work.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 27. Now I help adults with ADHD work out the conditions they do their best work in.

Before, I’d think big, end up doing nothing, and keep getting fired. Now I’m focused, firing on all cylinders, and delivering.

No one has to disclose anything to anyone.

Approach

How I work

Disclosure is optional

Knowing yourself is already the win. Telling your boss is your call.

Change the setup, not the person

I didn't change, my environment did.

For me, that meant redesigning where and how I work, and changing how I talk to myself.

In session 2, everyone draws their ideal working environment and shares it with the group.

Nobody lectures from a stage

Participatory, built on respect for difference.

In practice: sticky-note walls, card games instead of long talks, and everyone takes a turn to share.
